Session 1 Greatest Showman Themed – Mornings June 23rd – 27th $275 per camper
Session 2 Wicked Theme – Afternoons July 14th – 25th 2 weeks Monday through Friday $525 per camper

Imagine 90 minutes of being guided through a gentle celebration and rebooting of your body. We do IOS updates for our devices all the time right? Why not of us?
I guide women through movement and vocal exercises to get back to basics – everyBody is an instrument, we were designed that way.
Just like breathing or walking.
I take women from longing to liberation in affirming their physical and audible space all while we laugh, move, sing, reduce stress, celebrate life and treat our bodies to a reminder of one of the most elemental basics we still forget every day – we are instruments that crave to be used!
