Welcome! I’m Angela Kristine, a passionate vocal coach dedicated to helping you discover and unleash your true singing potential. I specialize in working with kids and teens who love to sing but often doubt their abilities.

My Unique Vocal Coaching Methodology

With a unique methodology crafted from years of study and performance, I offer vocal coaching to individuals aged 8 and up. My approach focuses on recalibrating your voice, enabling you to sing your favorite songs with confidence, ease, clarity, and beauty. I ensure that you have full control of your range, regardless of the dynamic or style, while helping you curate your own authentic sound.

My Journey

My singing journey began in a movie theater at the age of 2, when I couldn’t resist singing and dancing along to the music of Grease. That moment ignited my passion for music, and I’ve never looked back. I participated in every music program my school had to offer and started private coaching at 11, eventually continuing on to conservatory.

In 1997, I graduated from Shenandoah University’s conservatory with a double degree in Arts Management and Vocal Performance. Post-college, I studied with world musician and vocalist Gina Sala.

Performance Experience

I have performed a wide range of genres, from opera at the Kennedy Center and kirtan at Bhakti Fest to rock, soul, and blues on local and large venue stages. This diverse experience has enriched my teaching and provided me with a comprehensive understanding of various vocal styles.

The Joy of Teaching

I felt the pull to coach when I heard one too many parents say they couldn’t sing to their kids because they believed they couldn’t sing. Today, I have helped hundreds of kids, teens, and adults find and use their voices with joy, accuracy, and confidence. In addition to private vocal coaching, I am the creator of ALI Assemblies for K-12 schools and Center Stage Singing Camp, and I serve as the Music Director for two children’s musical programs, and vocal music educator at Old Mission School – San Luis Obispo.
